This started yesterday about the same time as the hardware problems apparently, since I'd used the station earlier in the day no problem.

http://apple.neostreams.info:10007/ gives me nothing but a 403 Forbidden error. I have no idea why because I haven't done anything abusive (only streaming from one computer at a time, never requested more than 2-3 songs in a row, etc.), but I can't listen to the station at the moment. I've tried the http://animeamaze.dyndns.org:8000 link, but it keeps stopping and buffering, so it's not really usable.

I'd really like to be able to like to listen again, I like AnimeAmaze much better than the alternatives! ^_^

I'll ask neostreams about the problem. They noticed someone "stealing their IP" (whatever that means) So I wonder if they blocked you since you seem to be the only one getting the 403 error.

Please be patient since I have to open a ticket and wait for the reply. I believe I still have your IP in the email you sent me. I tried to reply, but it did not send, I got a return to sender error

About the animeamaze.dyndns.org error. We are currently working on that now. Fortunately, I can blame Comcast for that

Weird, no idea how I got on the ban list, "stealing their IP" makes no sense at all. If they meant IP address, well, there's no way I could steal that, Comcast determines my IP; and if they meant intellectual property... I have no clue, to my knowledge the only accesses I've had to neostreams is through listening to AnimeAmaze.

I was reading the email they sent me again. Apparently a customer stole their IP. Perhaps the time you were trying to connect was when they were experiencing that problem with the datacenter problems so you were just in the line of fire there. Servers are weird, I would know running the one I do. It blocks people if they flood the server with many many requests. So odd.

Believe it or not, they've done it again. It just happened now, literally in the middle of a song. iTunes just stopped playing all of a sudden, when I tried to restart it, nothing happened, so I tried loading the URL in the browser again to see, sure enough: 403 Forbidden. I had just requested a song too.

I have no clue what's going on, apparently they dislike my IP address.

Edit: Out of curiosity I decided to see if I could get to neostreams' main website, and it loads. That makes no sense, if they thought I'd done something to deserve a ban, they'd ban me from all their IPs. Or at least that's what I'd do (I'm a sysadmin myself).

I didn't unban anyone...I wonder if maybe they just had a glitch when restoring their systems. I am sure they have a lot of work, so maybe one of their rip files got mixed in again.

Looked over logs and no bans were added or removed recently, so it was probably just one of those things the world will never understand Glad it works though
